Now that you have applied to Brock University, you can check my.brocku.ca for the most up-to-date information on your application status, and apply for scholarships and awards through the Brock University OneApp. But first, you will need to activate your account.
Activating your my.brocku.ca account
First things first, grab your acknowledgement letter, and make note of your campus ID. If you are a current Ontario secondary school student (OUAC 101 applicant) you were sent a mailed a document that looks like this:
All other applicants — Click here to see where your campus ID can be found.
Next, you’ll want to visit my.brocku.ca, and click the Applicant, New, Returning Student or Alumni link under the Activate your account header. Or, you can simply click here.
Finally, enter your campus ID and date of birth in their respective fields, and follow the prompts to activate your account. Once you have created your password, be sure to write it in on your acknowledgement letter for future reference.
Checking your application status
Visit my.brocku.ca, and using your campus ID and the password you created during the activation process, log in.
Once you have logged in, click the Applicant & Student Self Serve tab at the top of the page.
Finally, click on your application status under the Application Status heading, and get the full details of your application status at Brock University.
You can also access the Brock University OneApp from the Applicant & Student Self Serve screen. There are over $500,000 in available awards through the OneApp — you just need to complete the application before March 31, 2014.
Please note: if you would like to accept your offer, you will need to do so through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre. The information appearing on my.brocku.ca regarding your application status can take up to 24 hours to appear on the OUAC website.
If you haven’t applied though OUAC, you will need to accept your offer through your my.brocku.ca portal.
